# Regions

> Where your agent runs: Europe (Frankfurt) today, chosen when you create the agent.

Every agent runs in one region, chosen when you create it. Today, agents run in one region:

| Europe (Frankfurt) | `eu-frankfurt` |

The wizard's **Region** field defaults to it, and the agent's **Settings** tab shows it as **Location**.

## A region is fixed

An agent's region cannot be changed after it is created: its image, its runtime and its logs all live there. To run the same agent somewhere else, create a new agent from the same repository and folder in that region, when it is offered.

## More regions

More regions are not yet offered. If you need another, email [support@onecortex.io](mailto:support@onecortex.io) with where your users are.

A build for a region that cannot take deploys fails with `Onecortex cannot deploy to that location yet. Choose a different one, or contact support if you need this one.`
