Onecortex raises an alert when something needs you: a deployment that failed, an agent that is failing its callers, a limit you are close to. Alerts appear in the dashboard, under the bell in the top bar. Onecortex does not send email notifications. An alert that happens again while it is open is updated rather than repeated. ## The alerts ### Deployment failed `Deployment failed at `, with the build's message. Raised when a build or a rollback fails. The live version keeps serving. Open the build, fix the cause it names, and deploy again. See [Builds](/deploy/builds). ### An agent is failing its requests ` is failing % of requests`. Raised when, over 5 minutes with at least 10 calls, a quarter or more of an agent's calls fail. It clears itself once the rate stays under 10% for 10 minutes. Open the agent's [logs](/observe/logs) for the failing calls. If the failures started with a deployment, [roll back](/deploy/versions-and-rollback). ### A required configuration entry is not set `A required configuration entry is not set`, or ` required configuration entries are not set`. Raised after a deployment when `agent.yml` declares keys under `env.required` that have no value. Set them on the agent's **Config** tab. See [Configuration and secrets](/build/configuration). ### You are close to the agent limit `You are using of agents`. Raised when your organization reaches 80% of its agent limit. Delete an agent you no longer need to make room. ### GitHub access was lost `Onecortex has lost access to your GitHub account`. Raised when the Onecortex GitHub app is uninstalled or suspended. Agents keep serving, but nothing can build. Reinstall or restore the app. See [Connect GitHub](/deploy/github). ### Part of an agent could not be removed `Some of this agent could not be removed`. Raised when a deleted agent's resources were not all removed. Email [support@onecortex.io](mailto:support@onecortex.io) if it stays. ## Dismiss an alert Dismiss an alert from the bell once you have dealt with it, or **Dismiss all**. A dismissed alert is raised again if its cause happens again.
