# Members and invitations

> Invite people to your organization by email, accept an invitation, revoke one, and remove a member.

## Invite someone

    In the dashboard, open **Team**.

    Under **Invite by email**, enter the address and click **Invite**.

    Onecortex emails the invitation. The page also shows the invitation link once, so you can send it yourself. The link works for seven days.

The invitation is listed under **Pending invitations** until it is accepted, revoked or expires.

## Accept an invitation

Open the link. If you have no Onecortex account yet, you choose a name and a password, and join. During the private beta your address also has to be on the beta's list: see [The private beta](/organizations/private-beta). If you have one, sign in, and the organization is added to your account: switch to it from the menu under your name.

## Revoke an invitation

Under **Pending invitations**, revoke it. The link stops working.

## Remove a member

Under **Members**, click **Remove** on their row. They are signed out of the organization at once, and lose access to its agents and keys. API keys they created keep working until you revoke them on **API keys**.

The last owner of an organization cannot be removed.

## Limit

10 members per organization during the private beta. An invitation past it is refused with a message saying so.
