Invite someone

Open Team

In the dashboard, open Team.

Enter their email address

Under Invite by email, enter the address and click Invite.

Share the link if you want to

Onecortex emails the invitation. The page also shows the invitation link once, so you can send it yourself. The link works for seven days.
The invitation is listed under Pending invitations until it is accepted, revoked or expires.

Accept an invitation

Open the link. If you have no Onecortex account yet, you choose a name and a password, and join. During the private beta your address also has to be on the beta’s list: see The private beta. If you have one, sign in, and the organization is added to your account: switch to it from the menu under your name.

Revoke an invitation

Under Pending invitations, revoke it. The link stops working.

Remove a member

Under Members, click Remove on their row. They are signed out of the organization at once, and lose access to its agents and keys. API keys they created keep working until you revoke them on API keys. The last owner of an organization cannot be removed.

Limit

10 members per organization during the private beta. An invitation past it is refused with a message saying so.
